Description

This is a mid-18th century farmhouse, with alterations in the 20th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble, with some limestone ashlar detailing. The roof is covered in Collyweston tiles and features gable and ridge stacks. The building is arranged in an L-shape.

The two-bay east front has large quoins. The right-hand side features a doorway with a quoined surround, an ashlar lintel, an overlight, and a panelled door. A three-light casement window is to the left, with a wooden lintel. A fragmentary line of quoins indicates the presence of an earlier doorway in between. Above, a three-light casement window is to the left and a two-light casement window is to the right, both with wooden lintels.

The two-bay south side has two three-light casement windows on the ground floor, and a single three-light casement window above to the left, all with wooden lintels.
