Description

Manor Farmhouse is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with additions in the early 19th century and the 20th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble, with some red brick and stock brick detailing. The roof is tiled with pantiles and has stone-coped gables, with gable stacks and a single ridge stack at the rear. The house follows an L-shaped plan and is two storeys high with a garret. The front façade has three bays, with quoins. A 20th-century stock brick porch is centrally positioned with a segmental headed opening to the west and a narrow window to the north. The porch is flanked by single three-light casement windows, and above, there are three matching three-light casement windows, all with segmental brick heads.
