Description

No. 6 Station Road is a cottage dating from the mid 18th century to the mid 19th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a slate roof with stone-coped gables and gable stacks. The cottage is single storey with an attic and has a three-bay front. The central doorway has a wooden lintel and a partially glazed door. On either side of the doorway are single three-light sliding sash windows, also with wooden lintels. There are two gabled dormers, one on the left with a sliding sash window and one on the right with a casement window.
