Farmhouse. c.1700, mid C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, slate roof having raised stone coped gables, 2 red brick gable stacks. L-plan. 2 storey plus attics, 3 bay front having central half glazed door with a traceried overlight with flat hood, flanked by single canted bay windows with 2 light C20 glazing bar casements and flat lead roofs. To first floor 3 glazing bar sashes. All windows have flat splayed stone arches. In the roof 3 flat dormers with 2 light plain casements and leaded cheeks. To the rear a c.1700 lower 2 storey, 2 bay service range, with chamfered beams to the interior.
