Description

Barn at Pillar Wood Farm, dating from around 1700 with 19th century alterations, is a single-storey, single-bay structure. It features a timber frame that is weatherboarded and has a pantile roof. The barn has central planked double doors that reach full height. Inside, there are four bays of oak framing, arch-braced tie beams, staggered mid rails, and a king post roof. Note that Pillar Wood Farm itself is not included in this listing.
