Description

This is a set of three small grave slabs located 23 yards southwest of the south porch of the Church of St Michael. They date from the late 18th century and are made of ashlar stone. Each slab features shaped tops and cherubs with draped panels beneath, along with rounded inscription panels. One of the slabs is decorated with sprigs of foliage and cones. The easternmost slab is dedicated to John Doughty, who died in 1780.
