Description

These are a pair of gate piers located at the churchyard of the Church of St. Michael, dating from the mid-19th century. They are made of ashlar and feature square shapes with chamfered plinths and angles. The piers rise to pyramidal copings that have gablettes on all four sides. The front of each pier is adorned with deeply sunk lancets.
