Description
Wood Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that was altered in the 19th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings. The roof is made of pantiles and has raised stone coped gables, with a single gable and ridge moulded ashlar stacks; the gable stack has a brick top. The building is a single storey with attics and has an irregular five-bay front. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door, with a small fixed light to the left and a two-light casement window with a flat arched lintel. To the right, there are single windows with three and two lights, featuring plain casements and wooden lintels. The roof includes three raking dormers, each with two-light casements and rendered cheeks.
