Description
Manor Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that has been altered and extended in the 18th and 19th centuries. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings. The slate roof has raised stone coped gables and two yellow brick gable stacks. The building has an L-plan layout and stands two storeys plus a garret. The front has four bays, with the right-hand bay being advanced and separately gabled, while the left-hand bays have a plinth. There is an off-centre 20th-century door with an overlight, flanked by single rectangular bay windows topped with pyramidal slate roofs. To the right, there is a two-light window, and on the first floor, there is a similar two-light window along with two additional windows. The right gable features another two-light window. All windows are glazing bar sashes with flat ashlar lintels.
