Description
Hawthorpe Farm Cottages are a pair of cottages built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from coursed limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings. The cottages have a hipped pantile roof with a central ridge stack. The front of the building is two stories high and has four bays. At each end, there is a planked doorway, and in the center, there is a pair of three-light glazing bar sliding sash windows. On the first floor, there are two similar smaller windows flanked by single two-light glazing bar sliding sash windows. All openings are topped with segmental stone heads.
