Base of Roman wall turret. C2. Consolidated mid C20. Square dressed stone facing to rubble core. Rectangular, approx. 5m x 3m, and approx. 1m high. This building is one of a number of turrets added to the defensive wall of the Colonia during alterations in the C2. Scheduled Ancient Monument, County No.17.
