Cottage. Probably late C17, altered C19. Coursed squared ironstone, mostly small thin stones with some courses of much larger squarish blocks. Slate roof, brick ridge and internal stacks. L plan. One storey and attic; 2-window range. 3-light casement windows to ground floor with stop-chamfered wood lintels and two nipped dormers. Blue brick plinth to quoins. Wing to rear right and entrance to rear. Interior noted as having spine beams.
