Description

Church View is a cottage dated 1765, located on Church Lane in Hungarton. It is constructed of red brick and features a Swithland slate roof with a central brick ridge stack. The building has moulded brick eaves and stands two storeys high, with two 2-light casement windows. On the left side, there is a lean-to that projects forward, which has a 20th-century six-panelled door. The right end gable is marked with the date in black headers and also includes a 1-light window with top lights.
