Description

This is an outbuilding at the Old Farmhouse, dating from the 18th century and constructed in two phases. It is made of red brick with a rubble stone plinth and features a Swithland slate roof, which has a brick stack at the left end. The building has a moulded brick cornice and two storeys, with a first floor that includes a two-light fixed light window. There are garage doors located at the rear. The outbuilding is included in the listing for its group value.
