Description

This is an outbuilding located at the south-west corner of Crocker's Farmhouse, likely dating from the 18th century. It is constructed from coursed, squared rubble and features a hipped thatched roof. Originally, the building had two storeys, but the upper floor has now been removed. There is a single range of windows consisting of two-light casements, and a plain plank door is situated to the right. This outbuilding is included in the listing for its group value with the farmhouse.
