Description

Gumms Farmhouse is a farmhouse that appears to date from the early 18th century, although it is said to contain some earlier features. The building is constructed of coursed, squared greensand rubble, with a brick rear wing. It has a gable-ended, thatched roof with brick stacks at each end. The farmhouse is symmetrical, standing two storeys tall and featuring a three-window range. The windows are three-light iron casements with glazing bars. A central panelled door is located beneath a flat porch.
