Description
This is a mid-18th century house, originally a single property, that has been divided into two separate dwellings. The building is constructed of coursed squared limestone with sandstone dressings, and has a slate roof with brick gable stacks. The south-facing elevation has three bays. A central doorway is marked by substantial quoins and lintel, now featuring a 20th century half-glazed door. To the left of the doorway is a glazing bar sash window beneath a wedge stone lintel, and to the right a 20th century doorway with a half-glazed door, also beneath a stone lintel. A further glazing bar sash window is located to the right again, again under a wedge stone lintel. The upper floor has three similar windows, with the central one slightly narrower than the others.
