Description
The guide post located on the south side of the junction with Bell Lane in Ackworth Moor Top is an early 19th-century structure made of sandstone. It features a three-stage semicircular base and a tapered column that stands approximately 3 meters high. The column has a flat back and a conical cap. Near the bottom of the column, there are coupled recessed panels that are inscribed with the names "Hemsworth Wragby" and "Sheffield Wakefield."
