Description
This is an early 19th century building located on the north side of Milnthorpe Lane, Sandal. It is a two-story structure with five windows. The roof is low-pitched and stone flagged, featuring two ridge stacks. The building is constructed from coursed squared stone with quoins. The windows are modern leaded casements, but are set beneath altered lintels. A projecting outbuilding is situated at the left-hand side. The building is included on the list primarily for its group value alongside number 405.
