WOODTHORPE LANE (South-West Side) Woolgreaves Boundary wall to west of garden of Woodthorpe Hall

2. Probably C18. Section to north of house of handmade red brick in stretcher bond with flat stone coping, ramped down at north end to meet a coursed stone wall with rounded coping which runs to the lane. South of the red brick section is a length of unevenly coursed stone with flat coping and gateposts inserted in places, curving in convex quadrant to meet outer wall of evenly coursed stone with stepped and sloped coping, probably C19, which returns to east, swings south in another quadrant to end of property and returns east a short way.
