Description

This is a mid-19th century milepost located on the west corner of the junction with Creskeld Lane. It is made of sandstone and has a rectangular shape, standing approximately 0.5 meters high with a segmentally-rounded top. The milepost features inscriptions on both faces: the south face indicates directions to various locations, while the north face points towards Otley Road and Creskeld Lane.
