Shop and warehouse premises. Circa 1870. Ashlar. Pitched slate roof with moulded eaves cornice. 3 storeys and basement due to sloping site. Sill band to 1st and 2nd floors. Prominent corner site. 4 bays to each side and curving corner bay. Basement level to Bradford Road has shop windows. Floor above becomes ground floor on Hick Lane, where to left is portico with Tuscan columns supporting full entablature and pediment. 6 panel door with fanlight. Aproned windows are round arched and consoles support cornice. 1st floor windows are round arched with vermiculated keystone. 2nd floor windows are segment headed with jambs lined through as consoles supporting eaves cornice. Windows to curving corner bay are themselves curved including glass.
