Description

This is a mid-19th century terrace of three houses located on Leysmoor Road, Golcar. The houses are built of hammer-dressed stone with pitched stone slate roofs, although number 342 has a Welsh slate roof. A coping runs along the west gable. There are three chimneys, two of which have decorative tabling, and stone brackets support the gutter. The houses are two storeys high. A continuous sill band runs along the first floor.

On the south-facing elevation, the ground floor has three doors, each with a stone surround, and three large two-light stone mullioned windows. The first floor has three seven-light stone mullioned windows, although one has had three of its mullions removed.

The north-west elevation features three two-light stone mullioned windows on the ground floor, with two having had mullions removed, and three seven-light stone mullioned windows on the first floor, again with one having three mullions removed.
