Description

This is a detached cottage located at the junction of Manchester Road and Oliver Lane, dating from the early to mid-19th century. The building is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a pitched stone slate roof.

On the east elevation, there are two single light windows with stone surrounds on each floor, along with a panelled door that also has a stone surround. The west elevation includes a 4-light stone mullioned window and a 3-light stone mullioned window on the ground floor, while the first and second floors each have 4-light stone mullioned windows.
