Description

SOWERBY BRIDGE NATHAN LANE SE 0221 & SE 0321 (west side), Mill Bank 17/136 - Thimble Nook Cottage - II House. Early-mid C19. Coursed squared stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 lst-floor windows. Openings have plain stone surrounds, windows with flat-faced mullions. Door to left; to its right a 3-light window flanked by 2-light windows. Three 2-light windows above. 2 ridge stacks. Rear: ground floor, below road level, has six 2-light windows; above is a 2-light window flanked by 3-light windows. Interior: stone stair rises next to spine wall on right.
