Description
Thimble Nook Cottage is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century, constructed from coursed squared stone with a stone slate roof. The building stands two storeys high and features three first-floor windows. The openings have plain stone surrounds, with windows that include flat-faced mullions. The entrance door is located to the left, with a three-light window to its right, flanked by two-light windows. On the upper floor, there are three two-light windows. The cottage has two ridge stacks. At the rear, the ground floor is situated below road level and has six two-light windows, while the upper level features a two-light window flanked by three-light windows. Inside, a stone stair rises next to the spine wall on the right.
