Description

This is a detached house dating from the late 18th to early 19th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone, with portions rendered and quoins. The roof is covered with stone slate, and there are two stacks, one of which is ashlar. The house has two storeys and a basement. The south-west elevation has a basement largely obscured by a lean-to glass house. The ground floor has two three-light stone mullioned windows, while the first floor has two five-light stone mullioned windows, with two lights of one window blocked. The south-east elevation features a single two-light stone mullioned window on each floor, with the mullion removed from one. On the north-west elevation, the ground floor has a doorway with a deep lintel and stone surrounds, along with tie-stones. A later single-light window is located on the first floor.
