Single-cell cottage formed as a link between the 2 earlier rows of cottages Nos. 2 to 12 (q.v.) and 16 to 22 (q.v.) c.1830. Finely dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Central doorway has to either side large windows with projecting sills formerly sashed with 5-light flat-faced mullioned window over to lst floor. Coped gable to right, stack to left at junction with Nos. 14/16. Rear has single sash window to left of doorway.
