Handed-pair of cottages. Dated 1755. Hammer-dressed stone, dressed quoins, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. 2 lst-floor windows. Paired doorways to centre have composite jambs and basket-arched lintels with chamfered surround which rises to centre forming a false ogee. The left doorway has the initials "JBS" carved in relief. The right doorway bears the date. To either side 3-light double-chamfered mullioned windows with almost square reveals to each floor. Those to right lack mullions. Rear has 2-light windows flanking staircase window. Gable stacks and one other central to ridge.

Interior: No 3 has original fire-place with shallow-arched lintel with chamfered surround. Stop-chamfered spine beams and cupboard with raised and fielded panels built over cellar head.
