Description

This is a pair of cottages located 10 metres north-west of number 9 and attached to Driver Brothers, North Street Mills. They were built in the late 18th century or early 19th century and feature hammer-dressed stone with dressed quoins and a stone slate roof. The cottages are two storeys high and have four windows on the first floor. The first and third bays have doorways with tie-stone jambs and quoined lintels. The second and third bays, as well as the first floor, have windows with plain stone surrounds and four-paned sashes on the first floor. There is a central stack on the ridge.
