Description
This is a pair of cottages located on Old Main Street in Bingley. They were originally built in the middle to late 18th century and were significantly altered in the early to mid-20th century. The cottages are constructed from hammer-dressed stone with a stone slate roof. They are two storeys high and have three bays. The corners feature quoins. The doorways are paired, located centrally, and have raised interrupted jambs and triangular pediments above them. Four-pane sash windows are present on both floors, each with lintels and sills. The gables are coped with kneelers and chimneys. The cottages are included in the list for their contribution to the surrounding group of buildings.
