Description

This is a dovecote built in the late 18th century, likely around the same time as the nearby barn, which is dated 1779. The structure is made of random rubble with dressed quoins and features a stone slate roof. It is a single-storey building. The south elevation has a window with plain stone surrounds, while the right gable includes a rectangular window with an arched lintel above which is a columbarium. This dovecote is included for its group value with the nearby structures.
