Description

This is a dovecote dating from the mid-17th century, constructed from large hammer-dressed stone with a slate roof. The building has two storeys and features a doorway with a square lintel on the ground floor, as well as a similar doorway on the first floor. At the apex, there is a columbarium. The gables are coped and have shaped kneelers. On the rear side, there are two chamfered mullioned windows with two lights each on the first floor. The dovecote faces across the yard towards the farmhouse.
