This summerhouse, located approximately 10 metres to the north-east of Cortworth Cottage, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a sheet lead roof. The structure is semi-octagonal with small projections at each rear corner and is a single storey. The central doorway has a pointed arch and includes a part-glazed double door with Gothick glazing. Each angled side wall contains a casement window in a lancet opening, while there is a square-headed casement window on each side wing. The roof is upswept and topped with a 20th-century weathervane. Inside, the walls are of single-brick thickness, and there is a fireplace in the rear wall.
