Description
The summer house, located approximately 250 meters northeast of Manor Farmhouse, dates back to 1765. It is built of brick and features a black glazed pantile octagonal hipped roof. The structure is single storey and octagonal in shape, with the upper brickwork having been renewed. The south side has an open doorway with a cambered arch, and above it is a blind rectangular window that has a central brick inscription reading "TR/1765." There is an opening on the east side and a blind opening on the west side, along with a projection at the rear that resembles an external chimney stack or buttress. Inside, the walls of the single oval room are rendered, and there are two conch-headed niches located at the rear.
