House, now offices and attached railings. Early C19. Painted brick with painted stone dressings and slate roof. Single bay and three storeys on basement. Basement has stone steps to front with fixed small pane window and 6 raised and fielded panelled door. Original railings with alternating wavy and stick rails to front with basement gate to left. Railing return to either side to steps to doorcase with rubbed brick arch has 6 panel door below radial glazed fanlight. To left a shallow bow with tripartite window, 12 pane sash to front flanked by 4 pane sashes. Above a central full height oriel bow window with continuous sill band, tripartite window with unequal 15 and 10 pane sashes, moulded cornice and leaded roof'. Bracketed segmental ironwork balcony with central frieze of circules to front. Above two unequal 9 pane sashes with projecting sills, below segmental brick arches. Timber eaves band. Brick end stacks. Interior of front ground floor room has corniced doorcase with beaded panelled door, beaded panelled shutters and reeded cornice. Similar to Nos 4 and 6 (qv).
