GV II

House, now offices and attached railings. Early C19. Stucco with painted stone dressings and slate roof. Single bay and three storeys plus attic and basement. Basement has stone steps to front with a 16 pane sash and a half glazed door. Original railings to front with alternating wavy and stick rails, basement gate to left. To right railings return to either side of stone steps to doorcase, which are supported by bridge over basement well. Stepped semi- circular headed doorcase has 6 raised and fielded panelled door and radial glazed fanlight. To left there is a shallow bow with tripartite window, upper sashes with glazing bars and lower sashes with plate glass. Full height oriel bow window above with continuous sill band, tripartite windows with unequal 15 and 10 pane sashes, moulded cornice and leaded roof. Bracketed ironwork balcony with central frieze of circules to front. Above again 2 9 pane sashes with plain sill band. Timber eaves band. Gabled attic dormer with sash and brick end stacks. Similar to Nos 4 and 5 (qv).
