Description
This is a house located at 108 Heworth Green, built around 1840 and altered in the late 19th century. It features painted render and timber, with brick chimney caps and a hipped slate roof. The exterior is symmetrical, with two storeys and three bays. The first-floor windows are sashed and do not have glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are timber canted bay windows topped with slate roofs, glazed with square panes, and featuring mullions and a transom. The entrance door has six raised and fielded panels, along with a plain overlight that has a shallow segmental arch. The doorcase is adorned with panelled pilasters and an entablature that includes a pediment. There are chimneys on both the left and right sides of the house. The interior has not been inspected.
