Description
This is a house located at 104 Heworth Green, built around 1840 and later altered and re-fronted in the 19th century. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond with blue brick banding and features a hipped slate roof on the right side. The building has two storeys and four bays. The windows are sash style with rubbed brick flat arches above them. The front door consists of four panels, with the upper two having rounded heads, and includes an overlight and architrave. This door is framed by a doorcase that has engaged Greek Doric columns and a triglyph frieze. The facade is finished with corbelled brick eaves, and there is a ridge chimney situated between the third and fourth bays. The interior has not been inspected.
