Description
This is a house located at 150 Spilsby Road, built around 1830. It features red brick in Flemish bond and a hipped slate roof with wall stacks. The building has two storeys and a three-bay front, which includes a first-floor sill band and overhanging eaves supported by paired brackets.
The central entrance consists of a five-panel door flanked by fluted panels, all set beneath a broad elliptical rubbed brick arch with a decorative fanlight above. On either side of the entrance, there are large canted bay windows with glazing bar sashes, plain pilasters, a fascia, and flat lead roofs. The first floor contains three glazing bar sash windows, each with flat rubbed brick wedge lintels.
At the rear left-hand side, there is a lower two-storey wing that features a bay window and glazing bar sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
