Description
Trinity House is a house that has been converted into flats, built in the mid-19th century. It is constructed from yellow stock brick with painted stucco dressings and features a hipped Welsh slate roof with plain overhanging eaves. The building has two rear wall stacks.
The exterior consists of two storeys and a three-bay front with a low brick plinth. The central entrance has a panelled door accessed by three steps, which is topped by a fanlight and set within a pilastered surround that includes capitals, a Doric frieze, and an open pediment. This entrance is flanked by single margin light sash windows. On the first floor, there are three similar windows. All windows are adorned with flat splayed stucco lintels that have grooved keystones. The interior has not been inspected.
