Description

This is a house, dating to around 1860. It is constructed of yellow stock brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a hipped slate roof and rear wall stacks. The two-storey, three-bay front has plain, overhanging eaves. The central entrance features a four-panel door with a plain fanlight set within a large, decorative surround, which includes a segmental head supported by scrolled brackets and plain pilasters with large scrolled feet. Flanking the door are single, canted bay windows with plain sashes and flat lead roofs. The first floor has three bordered divided light sashes with rusticated lintels and keystones. The interior was not inspected.
