Description
Oak Bank Farm is a house built in 1846. It is constructed of red Flemish bond brick and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features a symmetrical corridor plan. The entrance front has a three-bay symmetrical facade made of moulded bricks, with a projecting central piece and pilasters at the corners. The central doorway has a basket arch and a doorcase supported by Ionic pillars, topped with a lintel and a fanlight above. On either side of the doorway, there are three-light sash windows with three panes by four panes, and two additional windows with one pane by four panes. The first-floor windows are also three-light sash windows with three panes by four panes, and there is a stone band projecting as cills beneath them. The wall is finished with cyma moulded stone coping.
