Description

13 and 15 Park Street are two houses built around 1847 to 1850. They are constructed of brick and topped with a slate roof. The houses are a mirrored pair, each three stories tall with cellars and two bays. The windows are glazing bar sashes set beneath brick arches. Each house features a single window on the ground floor and a cellar window with glazing bars. The doorways of both houses, along with a central passageway door, are framed by a pilaster doorcase that has a plain entablature and a modillion cornice. The outer doors are six-panel designs with overlights, while the passageway door is boarded with a straight top and an unglazed round-arched head. A modillioned timber gutter cornice runs along the top, and there are chimneys on both the left and right sides. The interior has not been inspected.
