Description
No. 19 Park Street is a house built around 1847 to 1850. It is constructed of brick with painted stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building has three storeys above cellars and features three bays. The left bay includes a tripartite cellar window and a tripartite glazing bar sash window on the ground floor. On the right side of the ground floor, there is a white-painted sash canted bay window with a cornice and a stone base that contains cellar windows. The upper storeys have glazing bar sash windows with sill bands and brick flat arches. The entrance features a pilaster doorcase with a cornice and plain entablature, panelled reveals, and a six-panel door with an overlight. The house is topped with a modillioned timber cornice gutter and has gable chimneys. The interior has not been inspected.
