Description
Nos. 9 and 11 Park Street are a pair of houses built around 1835-1840. They are made of brick and have a slate roof. The buildings rise three storeys above a cellar and each house has two bays. No. 11 features a timber canted bay window with sash design on the ground floor, which is set on a brick panel and has a brick base that includes a cellar window. No. 9 has a cellar window with glazing bars. The remaining windows in both houses are glazing bar sashes with flat brick arches above them. The doorways are framed by a shared pilaster doorcase topped with a dentilled cornice, and the doors have four panels with overlights. A bracketed and dentilled cornice runs along the gutter, and there are chimneys located on both the left and right sides of the buildings. The interior has not been inspected.
