Description

No. 30 Bailgate is a house built around 1840. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof with a gable stack. The building has a rendered plinth and dentilled eaves. It stands three storeys high and has two bays. On the left side, there is a plain wooden doorcase with a bracketed cornice and a 20th-century six-panel door. To the right, there is a glazing bar sash window, with a similar sash window above it, and a smaller glazing bar sash window above that. All the windows have segmental heads. The interior has not been inspected.
