Description

Numbers 94 and 96 are two houses that have been converted into offices, along with attached steps and railings. They were built around 1820, with some alterations made in the mid-19th century and late 20th century. The buildings are finished in painted stucco, featuring a rusticated ground floor and basement. The roof is hipped and gabled, covered with slate, and includes a single coped gable and a gable stack.

The structure has three storeys plus a basement, with a three-window arrangement of plain sash windows, each with panels below, and three smaller plain sash windows above. On the ground floor, to the left, there is a wooden doorcase supported by Tuscan columns and topped with a dentillated pediment. This features a panelled recess with a four-panel door and a fanlight. To the right, there are two late 20th-century windows. The basement has two similar windows.

Outside, there are stone steps leading up to the entrance, with patterned wrought-iron balustrades and mainly renewed area railings that include the original gate.
