No. 3 Vicar Lane is a house that was formerly two houses and a shop. The earliest deed for the property dates back to 1793, and it underwent renovations in the 20th century. The building is constructed of stuccoed brick and has a pantile roof. It is two storeys high and features three first-floor windows.
