Description

No. 3 Vicar Lane is a house that was formerly two houses and a shop. The earliest deed for the property dates back to 1793, and it underwent renovations in the 20th century. The building is constructed of stuccoed brick and has a pantile roof. It is two storeys high and features three first-floor windows. On the left side, there is a board door with an overlight, and to the right, a 16-pane sash window. On the far right, there is a 6-fielded-panel door with an overlight and two 16-pane sashes to the left. All ground-floor windows are framed with moulded architraves, while the first-floor windows are sashes with glazing bars. The building has a ridge stack and no notable interior features. It is included in the register for its group value.
