ASPULL WITHINGTON LANE SD 60 NW (north-east side) 6/27 Lock Keeper's Cottage at top lock and attached - front garden wall G.V. II Lock Keeper's cottage. Late C18 or early C19 for Leeds and Liverpool Canal. Dressed stone with slate roof. 2 storeys 2 bays with lean-to extension to right return. Windows have plain surrounds and C20 paired sashes. Entrance has plain surround and C20 door. Gable-end stacks. Extension has window and entrance. Front garden wall with coping.
