Description
No. 43 on Woods Lane is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is built from hammer-dressed stone and features a 20th-century tile roof. The house has a single-depth design with two bays and rises to two and three storeys. In the first bay, there is a door and a window at basement level, although two mullions have been removed from the window. The ground floor has four and five-light recessed chamfered mullion windows on either side of a door with a square-cut surround. Above, a 12-light window, similar in style, illuminates the workshop level. The house is topped with a gable chimney stack. To the left, there is a 20th-century garage, and a conservatory is located at the rear.
